JAC is a royal palace run by the Prince Jac II Foundation. The palace functions purely as a space for cultural activities such as festivals, dinner parties and galas.

Unlike its royal counterparts in the area, such as SAM, JAC hosts a wider range of events, many of which involving industries outside of the arts.

The colossal crown propped upon the roof of the building is a replica of the crown belonging to Prince Jac II.
